Train With Iron’s open gym. You can use the gym on all days of the year, because you can open the door yourself. With kettlebells, free weights, and other modalities, you can build strength and endurance at your own pace in a motivating space.

Train With Iron group classes: Participate in building your strength, coordination and health. Our group classes, don’t only provide a physical challenge, but are also at the heart of a supportive environment where fun and growth are central. Our small classes of max. 8 people, ensure you get the guidance you deserve.

Personal training: Or opt for the personal approach of individual training sessions, fully tailored to your specific needs and goals. Here the focus is on you as an individual, guided by dedicated coaching to get the best out of yourself.

IRON ladies program: a 10-week structured small group program for ladies 30+ years of age, who want to learn how to strength train, and how to feel confident in themselves in a gym setting.
