Chaay – Personal Trainer & Strength Coach
Chaay helps you get stronger with varied workouts and a strong focus on technique and form. She is energetic, dedicated, and creative in her approach, guiding you to build strength through diverse training sessions with plenty of attention to smart programming. On Mondays and on the first Sunday of the month, she teaches Train With Iron group classes. She is also available for personal training.

Tess – Personal trainer
Tess is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a whole-person approach to fitness. Are you’re chasing a specific goal, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move and feel better in your body? With Tess, your story is always the starting point. Her sessions are grounded in solid technique and intelligent programming. They are also delivered with genuine care, humor, plus a commitment to guiding people toward feeling strong and confident in how they move.
Tess teaches group classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Ying – Personal Trainer
Ying (they/them) is a strength, powerlifting and mobility coach. Their guidance is personal and holistic, with focus on working out being accessible and enjoyable. Personal training with them can start wherever is necessary; whether it’s returning to sport, preparing for or recovery from injury, or simply feeling good!

Michelle – Founder & Personal Trainer
With a passion for strength training and personal development, Michelle guides people toward a stronger, fitter body. She combines functional strength, mobility, and technique so that clients not only achieve results but also learn to move better. Michelle teaches group classes on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. She also provides personal training to a diverse range of people with a wide variety of fitness goals.
