About Train With Iron
Strength isn’t only physical. It’s mental, emotional and communal! Founder Michelle Hinds (1985) is driven by the legacy of her grandmothers, who promoted community through resilience, connection, and caring. Being part of an active and dynamic community is essential for happiness and growth. It keeps us accountable, lifts our spirits, and reminds us that we’re not alone in our pursuit of being our best.

By creating such an atmosphere at Train With Iron, she carries on that legacy today. Strength training with iron becomes more than simply physical exercise, but also a way for people to grow together, support one another, and celebrate successes. As a mother of two sons, a wife, and a member of a large extended family, she understands how aging reshapes our bodies. And how movement, especially strength training, can help us stay fitter, healthier, and stronger for longer.

At Train With Iron, you can work out by yourself or join a class, pay using ClassPass/Workit/Urban Sports Club, purchase classes or pay as you go with a punch card.
