Introducing The IRON Supersets Workout: a high-energy workout combining strength exercises with power, plyometric or cardio movements in supersets. The focus is on building strength while driving up the heart rate: strength based metabolic conditioning.

What to expect:
• Strength exercises paired with explosive, plyometric or cardio movements
• Minimal rest, smart fatigue
• Full-body training, mostly with free weights
• Challenging but controlled intensity
